SASTA.HK provides cloud storage services with plans ranging from 100GB to 20TB. Features include zero-knowledge encryption, S3-compatible APIs, and triple data center redundancy.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processors. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually, as selected during signup.

  • Paid Plans: Billed according to the selected plan. Prices are listed on our Plans page.
  • Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 14 days of payment.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use our services in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Not upload illegal or harmful content.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, including non-payment or illegal activity. You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

SASTA.HK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
